I am having issues with TalentLMS during the learning journey. What should I do?
How can I access my course?
Upon successful order completion, your TalentLMS account will be automatically created, and you will receive respective email communication with your login credentials. In case you did not receive an email with your login credentials, please check your spam folder as sensitive filters might channel the receipt of the email to the spam folder. If that is not the case, please contact us at support@circulareconomyalliance.com
I am registered for a certification, but I want to upgrade to the next certification level. What should I do?
Can I download the learning material and study offline?
Our Certification programs are available through TalentLMS application available in App Store and Google Play. Once you download the app you will have to insert the domain name “circulareconomyalliance” and proceed further with your login credentials. Upon successful login, you can download the course and study it offline. Once you will be back online, your progress will be automatically synchronized.
How do I select an avatar to proceed with the learning journey?
Please follow the below steps and see image for more details:

  1. Select one of the three avatars;
  2. Type your name in the dedicated box;
  3. Click “Submit” button ( the button will turn green once steps 1 and 2 are completed).
How will I be evaluated?
Each Certification program is evaluated by respective exam completion after each module. Each exam contains 10 multiple-choice questions which cover only the content you have been studying throughout the module. The exam passing score is 70% and you have three attempts.
What happened if I fail the exam?

In case you have failed all three attempts, there is a penalty fee of €45 to get three more exam attempts. Please contact us at support@circulareconomyalliance.com for a retake request. The exam retake can only be requested up to two (2) times.
