  • Upon enrollment, you will receive access to our Learning Management System, where you can engage with the fully online, self-paced certification program.
  • The course is structured into well-organized sections, each followed by non-graded “knowledge check” questions to help reinforce key concepts. You may revisit the content as often as you wish.

  • For those balancing full-time work or study, the entire program is designed to be completed within approximately 64 hours.

  • Each course concludes with a 15-minute examination featuring 10 randomized multiple-choice questions to assess your understanding.

  • Upon successfully passing the exam for each course, you will have completed the certification requirements and will receive the respective certificate.

  • The certification program must be validated within six (6) months of your initial registration. 

Considerable attention is given to the integrity of the program and the individual assessment performed at the examination centre. To maintain credibility, courses may be presented in a different order for each participant. Additionally, a quality assurance process follows each course and examination, identifying and addressing any factors that may have impacted the learning experience or assessment.
